My Approach

My approach to counseling, whether individual, group or family therapy, is integrative in nature, meaning that I combine various theories and techniques to best meet the needs of each person I help along their path to holistic well-being. I believe that our life experiences shape our perceptions and core beliefs and that each person is the best authority of his or her own experiences and is fully capable of change and growth in all areas of personal, home and work life. I demonstrate empathy, acceptance and a genuineness to foster a strong therapeutic relationship with clients.
